Confused dot com

Does anyone here knows how to add my old blog to my new one? I'm confused of where to go. Sorry guys...!It might take awhile for me to get used to the layout here but I will get there eventually :)

I just made this blog this afternoon and I was a bit lost because the layout and settings are different now. I have my old blog but I can't open it now because I can't remember the password lol.. It has been awhile since I've done the blogging, so I'll try my best to be on point all the time and update my blog as often as I can.
